This is an extremely private estate located on an island inhabited by only four homes all accessible by paved road. A short 11 miles to downtown Beaufort, groceries, restaurants, breweries and more. You are only 19 miles to downtown Bluffton, 22 miles to the famous Montage Palmetto Bluff, 24 miles to Hilton Head Island, and 35 miles to Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport.
The drive is also only 74 miles to Charleston, SC as well as the Charleston International Airport. This pristine secluded home is easy to access via full paved roads. The home affords year round access to any and all vehicles. Home is also accessible by boat via a massive private boat dock with lift capabilities.
