Legacy tulum

Legacy lodge was the perfect family reunion rental. Tons of rooms, hiking, amenities galore. Hot tub, pool (not open in winter), four rooms of games for adults and kids, close to downtown Franklin (15 min to groceries), and amazing views.

This was an amazing and unforgettable experience for our family. We had our immediate families come together for an intimate private ceremony. We had several days to spend time together with the beautiful backdrop of the Legacy Lodge. Hiking, playing games and grilling out overlooking the mountains. Memories that all of us will cherish! We plan to come back together for a 5 year family reunion there. Thank you to Yonder for their wonderful customer service team! If I could give 10 stars I would! 🤩✨

Staying at legacy lookout was like living in a fairytale for the weekend. Not only is the home itself absolute stunning the staff are beyond fantastic. Ken, the onsite property manager goes above and beyond for guests and is so very kind.
The hosts themselves are very timely in all responses with questions and information and are extremely accommodating. The property is so stunning it is impossible not to have a wonderful and relaxing time. I would highly recommend this property to anyone with a large family or looking to have an intimate wedding.

We had a great week at the Legacy House in Point Pleasant, nice size bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and cozy bedding, kitchen/living space nice with an added coffee counter, walking to beach and Jenks…all you need….

I wish there were more stars to click! Legacy Lookout was absolutely amazing. Perfect home to accommodate our multi-family vacation. The location was great, a short trip to the airport, and plenty of dining and shopping close by. Spending time relaxing on the property was the highlight of our trip though. We could not get enough of the panoramic views from the amazing (and massive) covered porch! Dolphin watching from the dock was a major bonus as well. I can’t recommend this property enough!

We had a wonderful stay at the Legacy Beach House in Point Pleasant, NJ. Eleven (13) of us—6 adults, 5 teens + 2 dogs—were there to celebrate a clean bill of health for the family matriarch and the home did not disappoint. The home was in excellent condition and included nearly everything we could need for the week—a well-stocked kitchen, firewood for the fire pit in the back, several beach tags, linens, top-of-the-line appliances, plenty of seating both inside and outside, wine fridge, coffee makers. We are a feasting family and we prepared most of our meals in the large kitchen. It had pretty much everything we needed. We also used the grill which is a great quality, nice-sized grill. It is due for a good cleaning but I imagine by the end of summer they all get pretty messy. We did need to refill the propane tank as the one there was empty. No biggie though. It was available right around the corner at the grocery.

The location was fantastic and only a quick walk to the beach, boardwalk, and other attractions. Plus, being on the lake was a lovely bonus with its peaceful atmosphere and beautiful views highlighted by the many ducks, swans, geese who live there. Shopping and dining were close by and plentiful. The city is a great spot for families and we enjoyed the aquarium and the Thursday night fireworks as well as live music right across the lake that we could enjoy from the patio out back of the house.

The beds were clean and comfortable and the AC kept the house nice and cool even though the sun hits the back late in the day. A nice breeze through the multi-panel sliding door made for great indoor-outdoor living with the deck and bar area off the kitchen. The basement had some fun games available, though it was pretty warm on the hotter/rainy days and a bit musty down there so we didn’t use it a ton. Especially when it had been raining. The back patio was beautifully hardscaped and well-lit and just awesome at night or in the early morning with a cup of tea and a book.

Geo was very responsive and friendly on the rare occasions we had to reach out (the house was short some beach tags and Geo was quick to offer reimbursement of our expense for tags). It’s clear the owners have great pride in their investment and in providing a memorable stay for guests.

Overall, I would highly recommend this rental. It was a pleasure to stay here and we felt right at home.

Had a great stay in June. Everything as pictured. Nice surprise that Thursday night fireworks from Jenkinson’s are visible from the property. Coffee bar area was nice as I like to travel with our Nespresso machines when renting a home. We used the firepit almost every night. Neighborhood is super quiet at night. Home is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk as well as donuts, coffee and breakfast items.

We just completed a two family vacation and everything about our stay was great. The house is located close to beach and boardwalk but far enough back that you don’t deal with noise or traffic. The setting on the lake with the fire pit made for great outdoor dinners, smores and relaxing. The house is updated with very nice furnishings and everything you need to make food and drinks for the family. Especially appreciated the separate wine/beer fridge and coffee area which frees up a lot of space in the refrigerator and counter space. The game room in the garage is a nice bonus. We’ll stay again for sure.
